‘My Resolve Was NEVER Tested’– Dele Farotimi Shows Readiness For War Against Afe Babalola

Human rights activist, Dele Farotimi
has declared a renewed interest in confronting the challenges before him against Chief Afe Babalola, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria who had earlier arrested him over defamation.

Recall that the embattled human rights activist and lawyer, Dele Farotimi was arrested for allegedly defaming Afe Babalola, SAN and founder of Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti, ABUAD.

The activist was subsequently granted a N30 million bail by a Chief Magistrate Court in Ado Ekiti.

Speaking on Sunday via the X platform, Farotimi disclosed that his resolved was not at any time tested as he is prepared for war.

His battle axes have been sharpened, and his guns primed, ready for war; this he said in preparation towards his ongoing trial.

He said, “I am strong enough to rumble unruffled against principalities and powers, but I am human enough to retain the capacity to shed tears of joy in appreciation of the grace of God, expressed in the concerted efforts of fellow victims.

“My battle axes are newly sharpened, my guns primed, I am ready to war.

“My resolve was NEVER tested, but I was waiting for next round of the fight to commence.

“I KNEW that the first round had been lost by those responsible for my imprisonment.”
