Peller, Jarvis Say ‘I Do’ At Civil Wedding

Popular Nigerian TikTok personalities Habeeb ‘Peller’ Hamzat and Amadou ‘Jarvis’ Elizabeth have officially tied the knot in a civil wedding.

Videos circulating on social media on Wednesday showed the couple signing their marriage documents at a Lagos registry, making their union legal ahead of their much-anticipated white wedding.

The civil ceremony comes just days before their white wedding, scheduled for August 1, 2026.

Earlier, Peller announced the date on Instagram, sharing a save-the-date video with the caption: “The wait is almost over. Save the date as we begin forever together. We can’t wait to celebrate this special day with you.”

The couple’s relationship has attracted widespread attention on social media over the past year.

Their love story took another step in June when Peller proposed to Jarvis during an event in Accra, Ghana, and she accepted.

Although the pair briefly parted ways over disagreements about keeping aspects of their relationship private, they later reconciled and continued sharing their journey with fans.

Before their civil wedding, the couple also held their traditional bride price ceremony in Benin City, Edo State, paving the way for their white wedding this weekend.
