Love Turn Sour As Nigerian Man Loses 60-year-old American Girlfriend To Death In Warri
Alawode Olaide, a Nigerian man in his late 30s has reportedly lost his social media girlfriend, a 60-year-old American woman, Jacqueline Bolling Elton to death in Delta State.
The Pendulum Media gathered that
Elton had died during her stay with her 39-year-old boyfriend whom she had traveled from America to visit
in Warri.
Reports say that Elton had just spent 14days in Nigeria before she passed away on September 29, at 3:00 pm,
It was said that she suddenly took ill and was rushed to a private hospital in Otokutu, near Warri.
A source disclosed:
“She was later referred to Central Hospital, Warri, where doctors confirmed her dead on arrival.
“Her remains have been deposited at the Central Hospital Mortuary for autopsy. The incident was reported to police authorities, who visited the scene and arrested Olaide for interrogation,”.
According to the source, the case has been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID, for further investigation.
Delta Police Public Relations Officer, SP Bright Edafe, when contacted, confirmed the development as well as the boyfriend’s arrest, adding that investigation is ongoing.
