JUST-IN: Super Eagles Trash Cameroon in 2-0
The Super Eagles of Nigeria are set to play Angola in the quarter-final after defeating Cameroon 2-0 in their 2023 Africa Cup of Nations(AFCON) Round of 16 clash.
Ademola Lookman was the star of the show, scoring twice as the Super Eagles devoured fierce rivals Cameroon late Saturday.
The Atalanta man scored one goal in each half to send the Super Eagles to the competition’s quarter-final with a 2-0 win.
Coach Jose Peseiro’s men will now play Angola in the next game on Friday.
