Two Referees Die Within 24 Hours in Oyo
Rafiu Opeyemi and Ibikunle Abiodun, who are members of the Nigeria Referees Association (NRA) in Oyo State are dead.
Their deaths which occurred within intervals happened over the weekend.
According to reports, Abiodun died on Friday following an illness and
was until his death a member of the NRA in the Akinyele Local Government Area.
While his colleague, Opeyemi died on Saturday in a motor accident in Osu, Osun State, on his way from Abuja, where he took part in a national fitness test.
