2027: Makinde Names Key Campaign Team, Unveils Council Friday
Oyo State Governor and Presidential Candidate of the Allied People’s Movement (APM), ‘Seyi Makinde, has named key members of the party’s campaign structure ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The campaign team will be officially inaugurated on Friday at 3:30 p.m. at the Conference Room of the Governor’s Office.
Leading the campaign is the Executive Chairman of the Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Dr. Nureni Adeniran, who has been appointed Oyo State Coordinator of the APM 2027 Presidential Campaign and Director-General of the Oyo State Governorship Campaign Council.
Other appointments include Hon. Saheed Arowosaye (AROSAD) as Deputy State Coordinator of the presidential campaign, Hon. Demola Ojo as Deputy Director-General (South), Dr. Femi Ojo as Deputy Director-General for Oyo Central, and Alhaji Siju Lawal as Deputy Director-General for Oyo North.
The party also named Hon. Ramata Agberemi Dabo as Director of the Women’s Wing and Hon. Kazeem Bolarinwa, former Special Assistant (Youth) to Governor Makinde, as Director of the Youth Wing.
The APM said additional members of the campaign council would be announced in due course.
