APC Party Chairman Yiltwatda Promises Equal Treatment For Defectors

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Professor Nentawe Yiltwatda has guaranteed that all defectors joining APC will be given equal rights as existing members.
This, he disclosed during an enlarged stakeholders’ meeting of the APC held at the Crest Hotel in Jos, Plateau State.
The chairman stated that he would be receiving some incoming notable figures into the party from the ADC and PDP members in a week time adding that all arrangements for their defection have been concluded.
He said, “I can categorically tell you that by next week, I will be receiving some notable figures from the ADC. It is not just PDP members joining our party, many from ADC have indicated interest, and some have already completed their screening,”
“Those defecting to the APC will enjoy the same rights and privileges as those who have been with us from the beginning. We believe in fairness and equal treatment for all members,”.
Commending President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his inclusive leadership style, he added;
“Mr. President has proved to be a friend of the minority, especially here in Plateau. He has shown fairness and given us a sense of belonging. We have every reason to support him and ensure his re-election in 2027,”.
Present at the meeting were top party bigwigs and political leaders across the state.
