BREAKING: Popular Evangelist, Rev Uma Ukpai’s Death Makes Rounds
Tragic news about an international evangelist, founder and president of the Uma Ukpai Evangelistic Association, Rev. Uma Ukpai is circulating on social media, The Pendulum Media has observed.
Daily Post in a report shared that
Prophet Joel Ogebe had posted a cryptic message on X, stating: “A giant has gone to be with the Lord. My father, my father, the chariot of Israel. Heaven rejoices. Uyo.” without mentioning the Rev.’s name.
However, some users were quick to link it to Rev. Ukpai, the founder and president of the Uma Ukpai Evangelistic Association, a prominent non-denominational ministry based in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
Following this, a Christian platform, Church Gist, also shared a message on Facebook reporting that the revered cleric had passed on. The post read:
“A GENERAL TAKES A BOW! EVANGELIST UMA UKPAI HAS GONE TO BE WITH THE LORD. REST IN POWER, SIR.”
No official statement is yet to be issued by his family to confirm his death The Pendulum Media learned.
