Tinubu Updates Bio Data on Wikipedia, Adds Adekunle to Match Name on NYSC Certificate
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Saturday, updated his bio data on Wikipedia with an additional name “Adekunle” which tallies with the name on his NYSC certificate.
The Pendulum Media discovered that the editing on the Wikipedia page of Tinubu was done some hours ago.
Recall that Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has constantly investigated “Tinubu’s identity theft” and had revealed through his lawyer, Kalu Kalu, that the NYSC discharge certificate Tinubu submitted to INEC to aid his election, bears the name ‘Adekunle’ and not Ahmed.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu probably edited his data to enable the name Adekunle on his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certificate align with Wikipedia.
Tinubu’s new Wikipedia details also reflect that he served between November 1982 and November 1983 possibly in Oyo State based on the certificate NYSC number, OY/FORN/82/9106.
The President’s addition of a new name “Adekunle” has, however, generated a lot of reactions on social media as Nigerians wondered at what point the Adekunle changed to Ahmed.
The Niche reports that the addition of Adekunle on Tinubu’s Wikipedia page is probably an attempt to douse the curiosity of social media users.
