Team Delta Tops National Sports Festival Medal Table
The honorable Minister of Sports and Youth Development, Mr. Sunday Dare, has congratulated Team Delta for successfully defending the championship they won in Edo 2021.
Mr Dare gave kudos at the 2022 National Sports Festival’s closing ceremony hosted by Delta state.
He said there were winners and losers during the ten-day historical events in several sports.
All of the state delegations who competed were also appreciated by Mr. Dare.
In order to unseat Team Delta in the upcoming event in Ogun state in 2024, he advised other states to keep catching up.
He wished all contingents safe trip back home.
