President Tinubu Arrives National Assembly to Present First National Budget
President Bola Ahmed-Tinubu has reportedly arrived at the National Assembly for the presentation of the N27.5 trillion 2024 budget estimates.
On Monday, the Federal Executive Council, FEC, approved the budget which was scheduled to be presented by the President before
a joint session of the Senate and the House of Representatives.
For Tinubu, this is the first national budget he will present to the parliament since he assumed office as President.
Tinubu who was accompanied by his aides and ministers was said to have arrived at about 11.10 am in the House of Representatives chamber where the budget presentation is taking place.
