Mrs. Kafayat Oyetola has penned a heartfelt note to laud her husband Mr. Gboyega Oyetola, the former governor of Osun State, on the occasion of their 40th wedding anniversary.
Mrs. Oyetola, who also marked her birthday on Sunday, April 2, 2023, praised her husband in a statement signed by her, appreciating the ex-governor for being her “rock” and “support” in their various “ups” and “downs”.
She wrote:
“My dearest husband, on this special day that marks both our 40th wedding anniversary and my birthday, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude and love for you
“You have been my rock, my support, and my partner in all of life’s ups and downs, and I am grateful for every moment we’ve shared.
“As we celebrate this milestone in our journey together, I am reminded of all the wonderful memories we’ve made and the challenges we’ve overcome as a team.
“I am so grateful for your unwavering love, your sense of humor, and your kindness, which have brought so much joy and happiness into my life.
“I am blessed to have you as my husband and soulmate, and I look forward to continuing to build a beautiful life together with you.
