PHOTOS: Jubilant Supporters Express Joy at Adeleke’s Supreme Court Victory
Supporters of the Winner in the Supreme Court verdict, Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State were thrown into excess joy after the Apex court affirmed his victory.
On Tuesday, the apex court said it found no reason to set aside the verdict of the Court of Appeal which upheld Adeleke’s election victory on 24th March 2023.
Being the last court in Nigeria to address the Osun gubernatorial election result of 2022, the supporters could not help but jubilate.
Adeleke defeated the then-incumbent governor, Adegboyega Oyetola, in the keenly contested 16 July 2022 election in the state.
