Labour Party presidential candidate has made true his words by visiting flood victims on Thursday in Benue state.
Obi, who had previously informed Gov. Samuel Ortom of his intent to empathise and also visit the affected areas in Benue state, shared pictures of his visit on his Twitter handle.
“I am in Benue State visiting and commiserating with the flood disaster victims. My solidarity and prayers are with them.- Peter Obi”
Reports had it that he journeyed in a boat to reach some of the displaced persons.
