Oyo Govt. Begins Second Phase Of Measles Immunization
Oyo State Government says stream 2 immunization against measles has commenced in some local governments
Executive Secretary, Oyo Primary Health Care Development Agency, Dr. Babatunde Olatunji stated this on Sunday in Ibadan.
Dr. Olatunji explained that the immunization could not reach some local governments as a result of shortage of vaccines.
He, therefore, called on parents and guardians to ensure their children are immunized against measles to prevent an outbreak of the disease.
Recall that Oyo State Government flagged off the first phase of Measles immunization on the 3rd of November.
