Over Three hundred and thirty thousand electorates are yet to collect their permanent voter’s cards in Ondo
The Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), for the Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC) in the State Ambassador Rufus Akeju told pressmen that Voter’s cards for the electorate who registered across thirty-three council areas of Ondo state are ready
Ambassador Akeju, however, announced that the commission had received additional thirty three cartons of voters cards for those who just registered
The voter cards would soon be transferred to the eighteen local governments, the REC implores the concerned electorates to visit their council areas for collection
He also informed newsmen on the renovation of the commission’s offices at Ileoluji and Akoko South East Local government areas of the state which are still in progress.
