Oldest Alaafin Palace Worker, “Baba Keji” Dies at 120
“Baba Keji”, whose real name goes by Morenikeji Lasisi and popularly recognized as the oldest Alaafin palace worker is dead.
According to Punch Newspaper, he died last night at the age of 120
He is scheduled to be buried today, Monday according to Islamic rites.
Baba Keji’s death came ten months after the demise of his boss, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III, who he served for 51 years before he joined his ancestors
