NOUN Professor Njidda Dies In Ghastly Motor Accident
The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has announced the passing of one of its Professor on Saturday in an auto crash.
Professor Ahmed Amin Njidda who was the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), died in an accident on the Abuja-Kaduna Expressway, The Pendulum Media learned.
NOUN, which took to its Facebook page to announce the development, said the Don was at the University’s headquarters in Abuja on Friday.
“May the soul of the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, NOUN, Professor Ahmed A. Njidda, rest in peace, amen. He died in a ghastly road accident about an hour ago on the Abuja-Kaduna road. He was at the NOUN headquarters in Abuja yesterday,” NOUN wrote.
Prof. Njidda was said to be an animal nutritionist and biochemist before his death.
