Napoli Removes Osimhen From Serie A Squad, Transfers No. 9 Shirt To Lukaku
Nigerian star striker, Victor Osimhen has been exiled by Napoli amid his failed move to Chelsea.
Fabrizio Romano, the football transfer expert took to the X platform and wrote, “Victor Osimhen has been excluded by Napoli’s Serie A squad list… and also number 9 will NO longer be on his shirt.
“Napoli have decided to give number 9 to Romelu Lukaku with immediate effect.”
Osimhen has also been stripped of his no.9 jersey which has now been given it to Romelu Lukaku, who they signed from Chelsea earlier this week as his replacement.
