‘Money Causes Problems’ – Davido
Popular afrobeat singer, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, said that money is the root cause of many problems in society.
The singer, Davido expressed this on his official micro-blogging platform, X on Friday.
He asked his followers if money should be banned by the government.
“Shey make them ban money? Na money dey cause problems.” He said.
The post then generated mixed perspectives on the matter from his fans with some agreeing, while others disagreed.
In recent times, Davido has been lauded on social media for his consistent philanthropic lifestyle as he rewards common Nigerians seeking his attention; with his latest gift of N2m to Okoli Classic a Nigerian content creator, after she made a video that went viral.
