Kogi Guber: Yahaya Bello Shows Confidence in APC’s Win
Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State has confidently declared that the aspiring candidate of the All Progressive Candidate, APC, Usman Ododo would win the forthcoming Kogi State governorship election on November 11.
Yahaya Bello disclosed this at the interactive session with journalists at the 3rd Annual GYB Seminar for Nigeria’s Political & Crime Correspondents/Editors on Saturday in Abuja.
Governor Bello who noted how God has been kind to him during his almost concluded second tenure as the Governor of the state said, the fact that there is unity in his party APC is a pointer to their success in the Kogi governorship poll.
“Our unity is why APC wins in Kogi and will continue to win.
“Our party is one. You cannot satisfy everyone. However, there are internal mechanisms in the APC to resolve issues and we always utilise that.” He said.
Bello stated that he strongly believes Usman Ododo, would build on the solid foundation his administration had laid down.
“I thank God for my successes and achievements as governor of Kogi. I know where I met the state and am happy with where I have taken the state.
“I believe that the APC candidate, Usman Ododo, will build on the solid foundation we have laid down for Kogi,” Bello said.
The Kogi Governor, also said his next ambition is to now help President Bola Tinubu to succeed;
adding that all Nigerians would succeed if President Tinubu succeeds.
