Kenyan Graduate Commits Suicide Over Two-Year Unemployment

Michael Kibet, an ICT and Telecommunication First Class graduate from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Kenya, has committed suicide.

According to K24tv on Thursday, the deceased, aged 26 took his own life by hanging at his brother’s apartment over being unemployed for two years.

The Area Chief, David Rugut, while confirming the incident said the deceased has caused his family a great loss and a dependable professional in the entire Chepsangor location.

Kibet graduated from the university in 2021.
