JUST-IN: Nollywood Actor, Amaechi Muonagor Dies After Battling Health Issues

Muonagor has reportedly died after battling with diabetes and stroke.
The actor’s death comes just days after he cried out for financial assistance on social media to enable him pay for a kidney transplant.
Popular social media influencer and chairman of Delta State Sports Association, Morris Monye, disclosed the news on Sunday through his official X handle.
According to him, he was deeply heartbroken by the actor’s death
He wrote, “Deeply heartbroken by the news of Amaechi Muonagor’s passing. He was a talented Nollywood actor whose presence on our screens was truly masterful.
“We watched with concern as he battled health issues, offering whatever support we could to help him seek treatment in India.
“This tragic loss highlights the need for better healthcare in our country,”.
According to reports, Muonagor
was undergoing weekly dialysis and physiotherapy to treat the paralysis brought on by stroke.
The actor who hailed from Idemili North LGA of Anambra State, appeared in numerous Nigerian movies.
