Just In: INEC Announces Number of PVCs Collected Nationwide
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has announced that a total number of 87,209,007 Permanent Voter IDs have been collected nationwide.
Mahmood Yakubu, the chairman of INEC, made this known on Thursday during a press conference held at the National Collation Center in Abuja.
He said the number increased after the Commission extended the deadline from January 29 to February 5.
