JUST-IN: Abuja-Bound Train Derails At Kaduna After One Hour Departure
An Abuja-bound train from Kaduna has reportedly derailed halfway to the nation’s capital, on Sunday.
Reports disclosed that the train,
departed Kaduna at 8:05am but derailed at Jere, Kaduna State, about an hour later with three carriages off the tracks.
Passengers on board are stranded as a result of the incident; however, efforts are being made to repair the train.
The Pendulum Media gathered that the train stopped in a mountainous area, but relieving to know that security personnel, including soldiers and police officers, were on ground.
