Jungle Justice: Very Dark Man Rescues Unknown Man From Being Lynched
Controversial socialite and activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) has intervened at the nick of time in what could have ended in a jungle justice in Abuja.
The activist shared a video on social media revealing that an unknown man was accused of phone theft and was about to be lynched.
In the video, VDM appeared to have begged the mob and also offered to pay for the phone if they would let him go but unfortunately, his pleas fell on deaf ears.
Addressing the situation, VDM claimed he had to eventually call in the security men to pick up the accused from the scene and the latter was later whisked to the police station.
VDM who is popularly known for his philanthropic gestures, however, said he felt no pity for the man but for what could have happened after, creating unnecessary panic and unrest in the city.
Captioning the video, he wrote, “Imagine if I didn’t show up, the unrest this would have caused if they did want they wanted to do because they go just throwaway hin bodi for bush 🤦”
