“I’m Going On A Sabbatical”– Actor Timini Egbuson Give Reasons

Nollywood actor Timini Egbuson has revealed his next year plan as regards acting.

Speaking in a recent podcast interview with content creator Kamsi Nnamani, the actor explained that for fourteen years of his existence in the movie industry, he has had little rest, hence the need for the planned break.

“I only rest when I go out at night. I only sleep five to six hours a day. And then keep the work going. But next year I’m going on a sabbatical. I have been acting for the past fourteen years consistently.

“There has never been a downtime or a time when I’m just chilling. And I did not say that with pride. I say that with all humility. It has just been God.” the actor stated.

On how he became an actor Timini said his passion for acting was ignited while he accompanied his sister, actress Dakore Egbuson-Akande, to sets to protect her.

Timini has his marks in the Nollywood industry on a couple of movies beginning with “Tinsel,” an M-Net soap opera in 2001, followed by hit films like “Breaded Life,” “Elevator Baby,” “Introducing the Kuju’s,” “Dinner At My Place,” and “A Tribe Called Judah.”
