“I am living in Opposite”- Tyler Perry Declares as He Marks 54th Birthday.
American actor, playwright, and filmmaker, Tyler Perry has marked another birthday, today, 13th September, 2023.
The multi-talented filmmaker took to his social media to post how grateful he feels to have spent his years living in the opposite and has no regrets.
Perry, in his post, noted that he has ‘worked’, ‘loved’, and ‘shared’ among others and despite all the negatives he has experienced including ‘loneliness’ in his life, he wouldn’t change a thing.
He wrote, “This is how much life I’ve lived… but I can honestly say that I’ve worked, loved, given, shared, laughed, prayed, hoped, helped, healed, lost, cried, celebrated, and enjoyed this life more than ten times this amount of years.
“My aunt Thelma used to say “wouldn’t take nothing for my journey now”.
“As I celebrate 54 years on this planet I can honestly say I wouldn’t change a thing. All the pain, all the hurt, all the disappointments, all the loss, all the loneliness, they all had an opposite, and today I am living in that opposite.
“My prayer for you today is, if you’re in a low place, please don’t stop till you see your opposite. God bless you.”
Tyler Perry, born on September 13, 1969, is one of America’s most lovable and talented filmmakers in the entertainment industry.
He has through his films made an impact on both the big and small screens.
He is renowned for introducing the iconic character Madea, brilliantly played by himself in his “The Madea Phenomenon” which spanned ten years (2000s-2010s):
The “Diary of a Mad Black Woman” (2005) is one the Madea’s series that marked his transition to the big screen and introduced audiences to the lovable, sharp-tongued grandmother.
