Hoodlums Drove Off Car With Sleeping Toddler In Ogun
A Toyota Camry car with registration number PKA 446GV has been reportedly stolen with a three- year- old- boy sleeping in the car in Ikenne Local Government Area of Ogun State.
The Pendulum Media learned that the car which belongs to one Taiwo Fayobi was left with its engine running while Fayobi steps out to open his gate.
The State’s Police spokesperson Omolola Odutola confirmed the incident in a post on her X handle.
Odutola said, “One Taiwo Fayobi, resident in Ikenne Ogun State, reported that he alighted from his Toyota Camry PKA 446 GV to open his gate, two hoodlums zoomed off with his car, with his three year old son inside.
“The complainant came down from the car to open his gate while the engine was running, two hoodlums, from no where, entered the Toyota Camry with the three year old boy sleeping at the back seat, then drove off,”.
The Police PRO, however, urged social media influencers to share the statement in efforts to rescue the boy.
