Fuel Tanker Explodes On Lagos-Ibadan Expressway
A fire explosion occurred at the Con Oil frontage along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway on Thursday morning.
According to a statement from Mrs. Florence Okpe, Public Education Officer for the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Ogun State command, the event included a bus and a petroleum tanker.
Mrs. Okpe claims that to prevent the terrible occurrence from worsening, rescue groups like TRACE, FRSC, Ogun State Fire Service, POLICE, and NSCDC are currently on the scene and in control of the situation.
She suggested that drivers take alternate routes to prevent needless delays.
