BREAKING: Court Sentences Hilton Hotel Owner, Rahman Adedoyin to Death by Hanging
Dr. Rahman Adedoyin, owner of Hilton Hotel Ile-Ile, where Timothy Adegoke OAU postgraduate student was allegedly killed has been found guilty of murder and sentenced to death.
According to the Vanguard, the Chief Judge, Justice Oyebola Ojo made the declaration while reading her judgment during the ongoing trial of Adedoyin and other suspects in Osogbo.
She said, based on the circumstances of the case established by the prosecuting counsel, Femi Falana, SAN, the owner of the hotel and two of his workers killed the victim Timothy Adegoke.
Recall, Adegoke was killed in Adedoyin’s hotel in 2021.
