Avoid Trespass: NDA Warns Residents As It Conducts Range Exercise In Kaduna
The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has called on the residents of Mando, Tsamiya, Kauya, and Afaka to temporary avoid trespass as it schedules a range classification exercise.
The academy’s spokesperson, Maj Mohammed Maidawa made this known in a statement on Monday that it will conduct the exercise for cadets of Direct Short Service Course 28 (Army) and Direct Short Service Course 32 (Air Force) from June 25 to 28.
While urging communities to stay clear from the range, Maidawa noted that the exercise is expected to be held at the NDA Open Range in Afaka.
He said, “The NDA assures the general public that all necessary safety measures have been put in place for the successful conduct of the exercise,” .
He, however, called on the public to avoid trespassing in the general area throughout the period of the exercise.
