Nigerian Pastors as usual have released prophesies as received from God expected to guide their followers.
Founder and General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), Prof. Daniel Olukoya tagged the year 2024 as a ‘speedy and troublesome year’, thereby describing it as a year of a positive and negative mix.
Olukoya, picking his anchor scripture from Rev 3:7-8, for MFM members worldwide, therefore encouraged Nigerians during the Church’s annual crossover service, on Monday, to follow the survival keys to scale through the year.
He said, “There is plenty to rejoice about (in 2024) and there is plenty to worry about. There are plenty of good things to look forward to. It’s a hydra-headed year, that is, positive and negative mix

14 PROPHETIC OUTLOOKS FOR 2024
- There is plenty to rejoice about, and there is also plenty to worry about. It is a hydra-headed year. A positive and negative mix! All the events from 2023 will dovetail into this year, and more will be added. In addition to what is already on ground, we must take spiritual strategic action.
- It is a troublesome year, but not beyond spiritual control.
- If you stop fighting this year, you start losing. If you reduce the temperature of your fire, the enemy moves in.
- It is a speedy year. You must resist your weaknesses and strengthen your strengths so that God can move you forward in a new way.
- This is a year to get your spiritual life on serious fire.
- Pray, command, decree, and prophesy if you have to, but this year, give no place to the devil. Do what is called an overkill.
- You must not involve yourself in trial-and-error kinds of endeavours. Find out what God wants you to do and do it.
- Just like in 2023, the plagues, famine, strange wars, strange deaths, ritualism, bloodshed, chaos, political confusion, and economic trouble will still manifest. High-level tension will increase mental troubles.
- Drinkers of blood and eaters will be in serious rage.
- Lukewarm Christianity is dangerous this year.
- Demonisation of the minds of youths must be prayed about so it does not escalate. The youth of this generation needs a lot of prayer on their attitude of disrespect, entitlement mentality, doing what they like, being interested in immediate pleasures, five minutes of sexual pleasure, and being a member of the marine kingdom.
- Many ungodly kings shall receive the slaps of angels because it is a year of open doors and new beginnings for many, a year of uncommon deliverance and miracles.
- This year, we must key into what is written in 1 Peter 2:9–10.
- This year, the husband should be the priest of their homes because the anger of God will be released upon a family that will not call on the name of the Lord. (Jeremiah 10:25)
FORTIFICATION KEYS AND STRATEGIES FOR SURVIVAL AND BREAKTHROUGHS IN 2024
- We must increase our prayer and fasting temperature.
- We must live a life of uncompromising holiness—holiness within and without.
- We must possess the spirit of the fighter.
- We must be addicted to the Word of God.
- We must take evangelism much more seriously this year.
- We must emulate our Lord Jesus Christ by engaging in regular retreats (Luke 5:16).
- You must understand how God speaks to you.
- We must be very watchful spiritually.
- Make a decision to always speak the truth. Do not be found in lies.
- Develop a healthy and spiritual family life.
- Do not joke with the MFM anti-infirmity missile prayers. Those prayers were what saved many people from death during the COVID-19 rage.
- Do not turn again to the things you have left behind as an unbeliever.
- Develop and covet spiritual gifts. Everybody can move in it (1 Corinthians 12:6).
- We must be heavenly conscious.
- Reject discouragement.
Refuse to be discouraged. Behave like David by encouraging yourself in the Lord. - Serve God with all your heart this year.
- Strive for excellence in whatever you do.
- Set goals for yourself this year.
- Do not compare yourself to anybody.
- Be a God-pleaser, not a people-pleaser.
- Never speak or think negatively about yourself; to do so is waging war against yourself.
As expected, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye said there is hope for Nigeria as the wind is already blowing.
Pastor Adeboye stated this during the crossover service held at the Redemption City, Lagos Ibadan expressway.
The cleric who noted that the challenges facing the nation at the moment may not be palatable however gave assurance that the situation will be better.

Nigeria –
- The wind is blowing (ask God to allow the wind to blow you good).
- Things will get worse before it gets better in 2024.
- Because the wind is blowing, some serious secrets would come into the open.
Individuals –
- There are some people who would start the year as nothing (nobody) but become significant before the end of the year.
- There will be many opportunities this year, so get ready to grab them.
International –
There will be divine intervention in those places that are hot.
There would be quite medical breakthroughs in areas like cancer, asthma, hypertension, and sugar diabetes.
On his part, Bishop David Oyedepo of Living Faith Church Bishop also issued some prophetic declarations for the year 2024 during the Church’s crossover night at Canaanland in Ogun State.
Oyedepo said 2024 shall be a year of fearful favour and a year of release from every form of servitude and slavery, adding that God will bring His people into the realm of fortune they have been longing for all their life.
The Bishop said; “It shall mark the end of misfortune in your life!
“It shall be your Isaac-order of year; your year of enviable turnaround!
“It shall be your year of spiritual breakthrough that will set the pace for other breakthroughs in your life!
“It shall be your year of uncheckered enlargement!
“You shall be satisfied with favour and fulfilled with the blessing of the Lord all through 2024!
“Every Winner that will care to maintain a walk with God shall dip his foot in oil!
“It shall be your year of supernatural flight!
“You will be jumping levels all through 2024!
“God is bringing every Winner from the street corner to the limelight!
“It shall be your year of favour after the order of Mary!
“Favour will locate you to make the impossible happen in your life!
“You will never know setbacks in your journey all through 2024!”
In the same vein, the Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr. Pastor Paul Enenche
shared his prophetic declarations for 2024 during the crossover service held at the Glory Dome in Abuja.
The charismatic cleric, renowned for his fiery sermons, delivered the declarations on Monday, setting the tone for the year ahead.
Pastor Enenche revealed the overarching theme for 2024 as “Above All, that is my place.”
Enenche, during his address to the congregants, outlined five key realms encapsulated in the theme “Above Only” that are expected to manifest in 2024:
Above Ordinary Existence: Emphasizing a life of royalty and authority, transcending the commonplace.
Above Generational Darkness, Adversity, and Calamity: The declaration suggests a collective effort to rise above the inherited burdens of the past, seeking a state of exemption from the cyclical patterns that have plagued generations.
Above the League of Scarcity and Shortage: Ensuring provision in the face of scarcity and eradicating shortages.
Above the Enemy and Forces of Darkness: Declaring domination over adversarial forces and emerging victorious over darkness.
Above Personal Limitations and Challenges: Encouraging believers to rise above their individual limitations and challenges.
Nigerians, however, hope the positive prophecies delivered by the clergymen, find expressions in their lives.
