2023 Guber: See Names of Top Contenders for Governorship Seats in 28 States
The Gubernatorial elections across the states in Nigeria rescheduled by the Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC) for Saturday, 18th March 2023 is here.
Recall that the election which was supposed to have been conducted in the previous week was postponed by INEC to ensure that the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) -an electronic device designed to read Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and authenticate voters – using the voters’ fingerprints; is in good condition among other issues associated to having free, fair and credible elections.
