2023 Elections: Ex-Ogun State Governor, Gbenga Daniel wins Ogun East Senate Seat
Otunba Gbenga Daniel, a former governor of Ogun state, won the Ogun East Senatorial election held on Saturday.
The former governor scored 115,147 votes as announced by the Returning Officer, Prof. Christopher Onwuka, at the Ogun East Senatorial Collation Centre in Itoro Hall, Ijebu-Ode.
Daniel who contested under the platform of the APC defeated other candidates in the race for the National Assembly seat.
